Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to the Key Accounts Managers (KAMs) Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely and accurate responses Maintain organized records of client accounts, transactions, and communications Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and account documentation Track and monitor client requests to ensure proper follow-through and resolution Liaise with internal departments to support client needs and backend processes Ensure all client-related data is updated, accurate, and properly documented Support the team in managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in handling key accounts Maintain a professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented approach when dealing with clients Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in any field (open to fresh graduates) Can work onsite in Poblacion, Makati Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino Tech-savvy and comfortable using various systems and tools Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Team player who can also work independently when needed
