Job description
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· At least 2 years similar experience gained within the Windows and Doors to trade sector is essential
· A hands-on customer focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential customers
· The ability to work well in teams to deliver great customer service
· Customer service and order processing experience is highly desirable
· Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
· Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office. Full systems training will be provided
· The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have strong attention to detail skills
· Have the confidence to make outbound contact to our customer base and thrive working in a sales focused environment
