Description

Manage and develop relationships with key customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing service requirements and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor service performance, customer feedback, complaints and agreed SLAs.
Identify opportunities for account growth, additional services and revenue generation.
Support contract renewals, commercial discussions, quotations and account reviews.
Prepare regular customer reports and account performance updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts and service requirements.
