Position: Key Accounts Executive (Pre-Sales Executive)

Location: Ajman Office
Job Timing: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Break from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM)
Employment Type: Full-time
Probation Period: 6 months
Salary: AED 3,500 (all-inclusive) + Incentives based on target achievement

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Executives (Pre-Sales Executives) to join our team. This role focuses on opening new key accounts and maintaining strong relationships with them. Candidates must have a proven background in FMCG food trading companies and possess excellent sales, relationship management, and communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in FMCG food trading companies, with a strong track record in sales and key account management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of FMCG food trading products and market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new key accounts in the FMCG food trading sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Promote the company’s food products and services to prospective clients.
  • Develop proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Regularly visit clients to establish a strong presence and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs, with incentives offered for exceeding goals.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for smooth order processing and customer support.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer needs, market trends, and competition.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and sales progress.
