The Job Holder will be responsible to obtain and maintain long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. Collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our offer and services in the long-run.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, sales or relevant field
  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager and minimum of 5 years’ successful experience in the same or similar Industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to overcome challenges, and adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Be the point of contact and strengthen client relationship by ensuring their requirements are proactively met with
  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • To be focused on sales objectives and targets agreed
  • Regularly visit the existing customers in order to ensure they receive the agreed level of service.
  • Assist in collecting payments from difficult customers
  • To obtain customer feedback forms from the sales team & make monthly analysis
  • Analyze existing data on client accounts to support account management strategies.
  • To participate in new business bids/RFPs
  • Responsible and fully aware of the terms and conditions of the Service/Licensee/Franchise Agreements between Sharjah National Travel & Tourist Agency LLC (or its subsidiaries) with the parties involved.
  • Comply with all Company’s Policies, manual and Procedures
