The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key business relationships within Halls Financial Services, focusing primarily on our strategic partners. To ensure that all campaigns and initiatives are implemented efficiently, relationships are maintained at the highest standard, and new growth opportunities are identified and maximised. This role represents the full range of company products and services, oversees the account planning process, and ensures client satisfaction through responsive service and proactive relationship management. The Key Accounts Manager will collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions, address client concerns, and identify opportunities for business growth. We are looking for a young, energetic, and dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for client engagement, strategic implementation, and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Executes on partner strategies and initiatives Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an on-going basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Identifies client requirements, determines schedule availability, promotes services, defines process and related materials, provides quotation & contracts, acquires customer paperwork, mediates process, resolves issues, communicates project status and obtains signs-offs. Responsible for understanding the Client’s organisation and structure, knowing the Client’s product/services and staying aware of Client news and changes. Communicates, monitors and assures proper billing procedures. Understands the client’s strategy and roadmap. Establishes and promotes goodwill with customer. Reviews client issues, tasks, projects and new initiatives and contacts customer as a follow-up activity. Grade 12/School leaving certificate (Matric) Degree or qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business management preferred Strong Business Analysis experience. 1-3 years’ experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Campaign Implementation (preferably in financial services, marketing, or digital environments). Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering results-driven campaigns Medical aid and provident fund.
