Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to lead and grow our foodservice business across the region. Acting as the primary contact for key account clients, the role ensures effective contract management, margin optimisation, and collaborative solution delivery.
Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary contact for central and local clients, developing strong, long-term partnerships.
- Maintain appropriate site visit frequency, supported by Business Development Managers where applicable.
- Ensure excellence in customer service through effective account management, planning, and forecasting.
Sales & Business Growth

- Achieve sales and margin targets across key accounts.
- Grow existing accounts and secure profitable new business, including support on large-scale tenders.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities and tender submissions to maximise client potential and drive sales growth.
Commercial & Contract Management

- Lead contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring commercial viability and client satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day account activities including product listings, contract management, delivery schedules, and performance reporting.
Operational Collaboration

- Work cross-functionally with logistics, customer service, telesales, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor stock availability and support resolution of slow-moving or date-sensitive inventory.
Reporting & Analysis

- Provide accurate and timely internal and external sales reporting.
