KEY ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST Job location – Colombo Job Responsibilities * Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs for the assigned clients. * Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. * Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals. * Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met. * Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients. * Handle inquiries and requests from customers in the territory and address their needs. * Be up to date of the assigned accounts to ensure they are receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs. * Coordinate regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business. Candidate Profile * Minimum of 03 passes at GCE Advanced Level. * A minimum of 01 years’ experience. * Degree or professional qualification in sales and marketing. * Experience in last mile delivery and customer service/sales will be an added advantage. * Good organisational skills and attention to detail. * Energetic personality with good communication skills (written and verbal). .
