The Opportunity: As a Supply Health Specialist - Key Accounts Operations, your will be daily checking of supply health to identify troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions based on your findings to help achieve the key objectives of Key Accounts Team. In this Role, you’ll get to: Perform daily checks on supply health and investigate root causes for underperformance Support requests from Commercial Team and identify areas for optimization. Use out of the box thinking to develop and implement solutions for unique challenges. Improve team operational processes and manage supporting resources Be proactive in identifying issues, recognizing the patterns of a problem and collaborate with other stakeholders to provide short/medium/long term solutions; Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis.
