Role Overview We are seeking a Key Client Influencer & Content Lead to lead influencer and content strategy, client relationship management, and campaign delivery for a major FMCG brand across Malaysia and Singapore. This senior hybrid role combines strategic creativity, commercial leadership, and team management. You will be the primary point of contact for the client, responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, leading strategic planning, and overseeing flawless execution. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Commercial Growth Act as the primary point of contact for the FMCG client, building trusted senior-level relationships. Own the performance of the account — delivering against revenue targets, identifying upsell opportunities, and securing renewals. Partner with the Managing Director to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure profitability. Lead annual and quarterly business planning with the client, setting clear objectives and KPIs. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence. Take brief and collaborate with the team to deliver best proposal and strategy Strategic Planning & Creative Direction Lead influencer and content strategies in collaboration with the Strategy Lead and Creative Strategist. Translate FMCG brand objectives into actionable influencer/content plans for Malaysia and Singapore. Identify the right KOL (Key Opinion Leader) mix per platform to achieve campaign goals. Oversee influencer selection, briefing, and creative concept development. Stay ahead of market trends, platform innovations, and emerging influencer communities. Integrated Campaign Delivery Partner with the Campaign Management Lead, Media Team, and Paid Social Team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards. Align influencer and content strategies with paid media and social amplification plans. Monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide optimisation recommendations. Maintain consistent quality control and standardisation across all influencer content. Team Management & Development Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated delivery team. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Oversee workload allocation, ensuring resources are optimised for delivery excellence. Best Practice & Innovation Identify and implement new tools, methodologies, and innovations in influencer marketing. Develop case studies and success stories to showcase the value of WPP Media Influence’s work. Champion new planning frameworks and approaches that give the FMCG client a competitive edge.
