As a Key Customer Engagement Manager (m/f/d), you are much more than a classic Key Account Manager. You act as a strategic and advisory partner for key accounts and make a significant contribution to successfully establishing a patented innovation in the market.
You actively support the launch by identifying and prioritizing relevant key partners, systematically acquiring them as relevant customers, and developing these relationships sustainably. Through the targeted building and maintenance of robust networks with medical, organizational, and economic decision-makers in the healthcare sector (KOLs), you create trusting relationships and position both yourself and Teva as competent partners on equal footing.

You orchestrate personal and digital communication channels along a customer-centric and consistent contact strategy, utilizing modern digital tools and AI-supported solutions to design effective and tailored customer interactions for each partner.
A key aspect of your role is close collaboration within cross-functional teams and the use of data, market analysis, and customer insights to make informed decisions. Overall, your analytical, independent, and collaborative approach will make a significant contribution to the market success of our patented new product launch and to the further development of care for people with schizophrenia.
