• Open and close the store independently, ensuring a secure and efficient operation
• Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert recommendations on whole bean coffee, tea, brewing equipment, and accessories
• Assist customers with finding the right products for their coffee and tea needs
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the register
• Restock shelves and maintain an organized, tidy store
• Help with inventory management and ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked
• Assist with training and supporting new team members
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions to provide knowledgeable service
