Requirements Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have: The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous leadership role in retail or customer service, minimum of 1 year. Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store. A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. Ability to wear western boots while working. A High school diploma or GED. Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.
