Position Overview: As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of Bricks and Minifigs, Orlando South. You will assist with the opening and closing procedures, lead the team by example, and ensure a fun, engaging, and customer-focused, results driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Open and close the store, including handling cash management and securing the premises. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, providing product knowledge, and assisting with purchases. Support the management team in daily operations, including inventory control, trading, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a positive shopping experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in training and developing new team members. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred. Previous leadership experience in a retail setting is a plus. Results oriented, performance and sales driver. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable, responsible, ethical, and detail-oriented. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
