OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced key holder to join our team. As a store key holder, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. Your exceptional customer service skills, leadership abilities, and retail experience will contribute to the success of our store.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 19 years of age
• CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
• Clean criminal background check
• Knowledge of cannabis and different consumption methods
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays

SKILLS:

• Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively
• Cashiering experience with proficiency in handling cash transactions
• Knowledge of technical sales and ability to explain complex products to customers
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Previous experience in retail cannabis is preferred

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensuring products are displayed attractively
