Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Keyholder/Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and has proven experience in retail cannabis operations. This role requires someone who can confidently manage opening/closing duties, handle cash, and work independently when scheduled alone.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with expert knowledge of cannabis flower, extracts, and accessories
• Perform opening and closing duties as a Keyholder, including securing the store and handling cash deposits
• Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with AGCO and federal cannabis regulations
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and reconciliation
• Ensure strict compliance with all legal, safety, and company policies
• Work independently and responsibly during solo shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Budtender
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Keyholder or Manager in retail
• Deep knowledge of craft cannabis and extracts
• CannSell certification (required)
• Must be willing to undergo a Criminal Background Check
• Comfortable and reliable working alone during scheduled shifts
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Familiar with using TechPOS preferred

Schedule & Availability

• 15–20 hours per week
• Must be available Friday’s until 8pm and Saturday mornings with occasional Weekday shifts when need.
• Immediate start available
