Requirements Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have: The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous leadership role in retail or customer service, minimum of 1 year. Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store. A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. Ability to wear western boots while working. A High school diploma or GED. Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.

Responsibilities

The Key Holder supports the management team in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store security. They are also responsible for providing excellent customer service, training new team members, and maintaining store organization.
