Key Responsibilities: · Open and close the store and act as the manager on duty when leadership is unavailable. · Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally. · Assist in supervising and supporting associates to ensure smooth operations. · Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures. · Monitor store presentation, stock levels, and merchandising standards. · Support store goals by coaching team members and driving sales performance. Qualifications: · Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred. · Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. · Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. · Comfortable using computers to create schedules, maintain records, and assist the Store Manager with clerical and administrative duties that support efficient store operations.
