Halloween Alley is Canada’s favourite Halloween pop-up shop, bringing the spirit of the season to life with costumes, decorations, accessories, and frightfully fun experiences. We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Key Holder to help support store operations during our busiest (and most fun!) time of year.

• Support Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in supervising staff, setting daily goals, and maintaining a fun, efficient work environment.
• Customer Service Superstar: Help lead the team in delivering top-notch customer service, solving problems quickly, and making every shopper’s visit a treat.
• Operations Support: Contribute to daily store tasks like stocking, visual merchandising, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
• Pitch In Physically: Be ready to lift and move up to 50 lbs—decorations and costumes don’t set themselves up!
• Be the Backup: Step in when the Store Manager is off-site to ensure operations and staff stay on track.
