Our processes include sublimation, screen printing, embroidery and laser engraving.

We are looking for an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to increase sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a retail store. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team and make an impact in the retail industry. Experience in the customization aspects is definitely helpful, but we will also train.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate retail staff.
  • Ensure that customer service standards are met.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels.
  • Maintain store displays and merchandising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Taking and ensuring custom orders are complete

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
