• Open/close the store & lead shifts with confidence
• Use POS system
• Guide customers through product selection & provide cannabis education
• Achieve sales targets with great service and selling techniques
• Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant
• Support inventory management, digital systems (Google Drive, POS), and team training
• Stay current with cannabis laws, products, and trends
