JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking motivated and experienced key holder/sales associates to join our dynamic team in our new Christmas Kiosk. In this role, you will support the store manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring that our retail environment is welcoming, organized, and efficient while leading a team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a seasonal position, as the Kiosk will be open from October to end of December, however training will start in Sept.

SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including upselling and product demonstrations.
  • Experience in sales is highly desirable.
  • Solid organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles to create attractive product displays.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store.
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide sales support to customers.
  • Manage merchandising efforts to create appealing product displays that drive sales.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system and assist with stock management.
  • Utilize systems effectively for transactions and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
