JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic key holder sales to join our team. In this role, you will support the Management team in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in supporting management team in merchandising products, selling, daily ops and maintaining a positive shopping environment while fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Proficient in retail sales techniques with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Experience in technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with merchandising principles to optimize product presentation in-store.
