QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail management, shift lead, or senior sales role.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite for reporting, scheduling, and communication.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills to guide and develop your team.
    Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to quickly adjust to changes in product trends, store policies, and other business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge of all products and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience, meeting operational goals and expectations.
  • Consistently meet personal and productivity goals to contribute to team success.
  • Engage with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Learn and share expertise on products, trends, and best practices to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and be aware of current and upcoming trends to anticipate customer needs.
  • Foster a positive work environment, acting as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
  • Supervise and perform opening and closing duties, ensuring store readiness and adherence to procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management and order processing to maintain stock levels.
  • Lead and assist staff members by providing guidance, training, and support when needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as required to support store operations.
