We are seeking a motivated and responsible Part-Time Key Hourly Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support our team in delivering a top-tier entertainment environment. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the entertainment center, restaurant, and bar to ensure smooth and efficient functioning - Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards - Manage guest relations, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive experience - Assist with training, and supervising team members - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations - Handle cash register operations, daily financial reporting, and closing procedures - Other duties as assigned Requirements - Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant management preferred - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures - Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset - High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus - Must be able to pass a background check Iron Tee is dedicated to equal opportunity and preventing discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct, based on legally protected diversity characteristics (such as race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, family status, citizenship, genetic information, and veteran status) in its hiring processes and employment decisions.
