The Key Lead assists the store manager in overseeing daily operations, deploying staff, and ensuring a great customer experience through prompt service and quality products. This role also involves maintaining store standards and acting in alignment with Sessions Cannabis guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year retail management experience, 3-5 years customer service.
  • Valid CannSell certification, 19+, clear background check.
  • Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.

SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.
  • Perform tasks related to stocking and store maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Uphold Sessions Cannabis values with integrity.
  • Maintain calm during busy or unusual events.
  • Anticipate and address customer/store needs, communicate with management.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff.
  • Ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing duties and cash handling.
  • Monitor customer service standards and celebrate team achievements.
  • Assist with inventory audits, merchandising, and discrepancies.
  • Educate customers on cannabis products and safety.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
