We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute Key Manager to lead this global expansion strategy from our Irish office.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES

  • Significant experience in a senior strategic leadership role with international remit.
  • Proven track record in growing international markets in the education, coaching, or professional development sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing global partnerships, licensing models, or transnational education strategies.
  • Exceptional gravitas and influence; capable of engaging with C-suite, government, and academic leaders globally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial fluency and strong business development capabilities. Experience in consultative selling essential.
  • Experienced Learning and Development Professional to support consultative selling and aid in targeting opportunities with senior stakeholders.
  • Customer relationship and pipeline management experience to support growing portfolio across regions with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with an execution-focused, collaborative leadership style.
  • Strategic planning and execution capabilities to manage development and delivery of complex programs across large multinational organisations.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills important to maximise business opportunities.
  • Deep cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
  • Foreign language an advantage.
  • A proven background in sales leadership, including leading high-performing sales teams, is highly desirable to support Kingstown College’s future growth and expansion objectives.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing coaching cultures or programmes within large organisations, with a strong working knowledge of ICF and/or EMCC competencies and ethics in organisational contexts.
  • Individual coach accreditation with the ICF or EMCC is essential, ensuring the ability to represent Kingstown College with authenticity and professional credibility.

EDUCATION

  • A relevant Doctorate (e.g., HR, Education, Business, Psychology) or an MBA from a recognised institution is highly desirable.
  • Additional qualifications or certifications in coaching, leadership, or adult learning are advantageous.
