Aldar Education are currently seeking an outstanding Key Stage Leader for The Pearl British Academy in Abu Dhabi to join in Academic Year 2026/2027. This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful Aldar family. Candidates must have a secure knowledge of teaching and leading a phase in the English National Curriculum. Potential candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of implementing effective strategies to raise standards and plug gaps in learning to ensure outstanding progress for all. They will be able to demonstrate leadership skills/experiences at a variety of levels and to be effective in working collaboratively in a team.
