Responsibilities
  • Translates functional business requirements into technical system requirements (change requests) while managing and optimizing controlling-specific processes such as monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, intercompany invoicing, and cost allocations
  • Monitors and supports development, testing, and implementation of change requests like IT recharges, R&D allocations, and plan/actual cost center reporting
  • Reviews, assesses, and releases documentation of functional system tests (UAT) for upgrades and enhancements
  • Documentation of business processes and process changes to ensure transparency and efficiency
  • Supports the definition, implementation, and enhancement of roles and authorizations of related systems
  • Act as an expert within the team for core controlling processes and related systems, including the optimization of internal cost allocations and automation initiatives
  • Participate in the transfer and implementation of forecasting, planning, and budgeting controlling activities while driving the standardization of existing controlling processes.
  • Initiates and develops improvement processes and automation solutions and contributes to their implementation
