About Us
At Indigo Housing, we do more than provide accommodation — we offer hope, opportunity, and a fresh start. We work with young people aged 16–18 who are leaving care, helping them to rebuild, reset, and rise.
We’re looking for compassionate and driven Keyworkers to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about changing lives and empowering young people, this could be the perfect role for you.
Job Description

As a Keyworker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our young people toward independence. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting young people with daily life skills and routines
  • Promoting a safe, nurturing, and positive home environment
  • Encouraging confidence, responsibility, and goal setting
  • Managing and communicating risk and safeguarding concerns appropriately
  • Collaborating with colleagues, professionals, and families
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for real people with real heart. You’ll need:

  • A genuine passion for working with young people
  • Resilience, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and equality
  • Willingness to develop – we offer training and support towards qualifications

Experience in supported housing, care, youth work or education is desirable but not essential — the right attitude matters most.

What We Offer

  • A supportive, inclusive working environment
  • Opportunities to shape a fresh and dynamic service
