We are seeking 2 permanent full time dedicated and empathetic Key Worker’s to join our new Young & Thriving Team within Children’s Services Family Help. The successful candidate’s will offer practical, emotional, and evidence based intensive support to parents and carers, including those whose children are on child protection plans or where their children have been removed from their care, based on the principles and practice model of the service.
The successful candidates will be part of a new multi-disciplinary team working closely with other practitioners within the Young & Thriving Hub to ensure a holistic approach to family support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Level 3 in early years, health, or social care, and/or 12 months experience working with children and families.
