Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TEMPLATE WS Keyholder 3IC to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As the third in command, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise and mentor sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the store Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to maximise sales Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store security protocols Act as a key point of contact for customers and resolve any issues or complaints Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and KPIs Participate in staff training and development initiatives Qualifications Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Proficiency in operating retail POS systems and cash handling procedures Solid understanding of visual merchandising techniques and inventory management Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of retail operations, best practices, and loss prevention techniques Retail-related qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential Additional Information Tā mātou tāpaetanga – What we offer Career Growth – Whether you’re looking to build your skills or take on new challenges, we offer a range of career progression opportunities to help you grow!
