WHO ARE WE

Merchant 1948 is a New Zealand Family owned and operated footwear retailer who has been around since, you guessed it, 1948. We are a household name and a trusted source of premium leather footwear for all occasions.

Based in our Queenstown Frankton store, working 36 hours across a Sunday to Thursday roster for September and October (8 weeks). You will report to the Store and Assistant Store Managers, and you will be responsible for:

• Creating great customer experiences
• Working towards and achieving individual sales targets
• Ensuring the store is tidy and presentable
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards in store
• Working as part of a team and contributing to a positive team culture
• Holding a key to the store with the added responsibility of opening and/or closing and running shifts when required.
