Manajemen Sistem HRIS Workday · Mengelola dan memastikan sistem berjalan dengan optimal. · Melakukan pembaruan dan pemeliharaan sistem secara berkala. · Memastikan integrasi yang efektif antara HRIS dan sistem lain yang terkait (absensi, payroll, e-sertifikat, technical competency, dll). · Mengelola database HRIS yang lama di server agar tetap dapat diakses. 2. Pengelolaan laporan dan Analisa HRIS Workday · Berkoordinasi dengan HR perusahaan untuk memperbarui database karyawan agar lengkap dan akurat. · Membuat format laporan di sistem yang akan digunakan untuk kebutuhan analisa dari masing-masing bagian untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis HR. · Membuat dan memberikan masukan atas report dari SLA antara HR Shared Services dan unit bisnis yang terkait sistem (misal: job change, termination, data completeness, respon time tiket, penyelesaian case tiket). 3. Dukungan Proses HR di HRIS Workday · Menangani masalah teknis dan memberikan dukungan penggunaan sistem untuk proses HRD · Memberikan bantuan dalam pelatihan kepada HR dan karyawan terkait penggunaan. · Melakukan pengaturan role, permission, dan pengamanan sistem sesuai kebijakan organisasi. · Memfasilitasi HR dengan tim IT dalam pengembangan aplikasi diluar HRIS di Group untuk URS (user requirement specification) dan development sampai dengan penentuan project owner dan leader Company: KF PT.
