Job Family 營運管理/Operations and Corporate Services (Job Family) Job Description 本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role) 負責協助營運管理處主管，督導處內各項專案之規劃、溝通、執行與管理。以流程優化、作業自動化及提升工作效率為核心，針對營運管理處各項業務流程提出改善或自動化建議並確實執行。負責監督各組業務管控機制之落實，並與投資團隊保持良好溝通，及時提供營運管理處所需之解決方案，有效協助業務單位推動基金籌設及投資案件。此職位亦為營運管理處主管之接班人選，需接受相關業務訓練。本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities) 熟悉國內外自有資金及外部籌募基金之投資交易流程及相關內外部法規，包含私募基金管理，能隨時支援處內各組(小組)主管及資深(覆核)人員。擔任跨部門專案管理（PM），負責營運管理處各項內外部（系統）專案之規劃、溝通、執行與管理以流程優化、作業自動化及提升效率為原則，提出並落實相關改善建議。與投資團隊維持良好互動，及時提供營運管理處所需之解決方案，協助推動基金籌設及投資案件。作為營運管理處主管之接班人(代理人)，並接受相關業務訓練。基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements) 學歷 (education) : 具大學以上學歷工作經驗 (work experience) : 具銀行、證券、投信中後台業務15年以上工作經驗; 5年以上人員管理經驗專業能力 (professional capabilities) :具會計基礎專業證照 (professional license) : 具備金融相關證照語言能力 (language) : 英文聽說讀寫能力佳其他 (others) : 具備組織力、良好溝通及專案管理與執行能力 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan) We look forward to working with future leaders to draw up a new blueprint for finance industry.
