Job Family 業務支援-個人金融/Retail Banking (Job Family) (KGIB_SP_RB) Job Description 1. 處理銀行櫃檯交易實作 : -存匯櫃台實習，ex.存提匯款交易、受理定存交易等 -服務台實習，ex.協助客戶辦理開戶、各項存匯業務約定申請及變更、推廣客戶申辦信用卡等 -擔任營業廳客戶引導 2. 引導客戶使用自動化設備 :協助客戶ATM/存款機/補摺機操作詢問 3. 學習數位平台操作功能 :協助並推廣客戶申辦網路銀行/行動銀行、行銀APP下載等數位平台操作及諮詢 4. 銀行業務專業訓練及實作(ex.活動通知)，提早熟悉銀行運作，可超前部署個人職涯規劃 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan) We look forward to working with future leaders to draw up a new blueprint for finance industry.
