Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE WITH US:

You’ll be the key link between our brand and affiliates, from recruiting and onboarding new partners to supporting ongoing collaborations. Monitor campaigns, optimise results, and guide affiliates to maximise performance. Work with marketing teams, coordinate campaigns, and stay on top of industry trends to expand our reach and drive growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates to expand our network and provide them with ongoing support and guidance to optimise their marketing and content efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to scale affiliate partnerships, negotiate improved commission structures and explore new markets to drive acquisition.
  • Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance and campaign, ensuring they meet predefined KPIs and targets.
  • Handle day-to-day engagement and communication with affiliates and other partnerships.
  • Coordinate with influencers and work closely with them to promote special events, seasonal campaigns and exclusive offers to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Analyse affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to provide affiliates with marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and other promotional content.
  • Educate affiliates on our products, services and promotional offers to enhance their marketing efforts.
  • Ensure affiliate marketing strategies comply with relevant regulations in different jurisdictions, especially in key operational regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in crypto, online gaming and affiliate marketing.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape, including industry trends and competitor affiliate programs.
