Josiah Kicks Academy is a martial arts gym specializing in ITF Taekwondo and Kickboxing, competitive sparring, martial arts demonstrations, and fitness training. Our mission is to build strong athletes and stronger people—on the mats and in life. We’re looking for an instructor who not only knows kickboxing but also embodies leadership, energy, and a growth mindset.

THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a Kickboxing Instructor to cover 6 classes from September 29 – October 15, 2025. This is initially a short-term role, but for the right person, there’s an opportunity to become the ongoing instructor for the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach engaging, high-energy kickboxing classes to a mix of adults and teens (fitness + technical skill focus).
• Provide clear instructions in proper striking technique, combinations, and conditioning.
• Foster a safe, motivating, and inclusive training environment.
• Maintain class structure and culture consistent with Josiah Kicks Academy standards.
• Support student progress by offering feedback, encouragement, and individual attention.
• Represent Josiah Kicks Academy with professionalism and passion.
