QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in customer success, onboarding, or client-facing roles (agency or SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, supportive approach with clients.
  • Comfortable using tools like Close CRM, Slack, Google Sheets, Trello, Zoom, and Calendly.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client relationships with care.
  • Respectful of systems and structured processes, with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
  • Able to work full-time during US/UK business hours while accommodating your Salah and family commitments.
Responsibilities
  • Lead 1-on-1 kickoff and launch calls with new clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Guide clients step-by-step through our proven cold outreach system.
  • Provide clear, actionable meeting recaps so clients know exactly what to do next.
  • Follow up via calls, texts, and Slack to keep clients engaged and supported.
  • Keep client information organized in our CRM and project management tools.
  • Share updates with the team to highlight wins, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Join team meetings, call reviews, and ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow with us.
