What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Associate, you’ll work directly with the President and collaborate with senior leaders across Canada, Germany, and the U.S. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts—helping us tell our story, grow our presence, and connect with the world.

Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:

• Craft compelling content for press releases, social media, and our website
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide strategy
• Help evolve our corporate website and manage external web design partners
• Design presentations and promotional materials for global audiences
• Support public relations efforts and coordinate with external PR agencies
• Drive social media engagement and build our digital footprint
• Bring fresh ideas to the table to elevate our brand and messaging

What You Bring

You should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• A strong grasp of social media platforms and how to use them professionally
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• A knack for organization, research, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across time zones
• Bonus points if you’ve done internships or projects in biotech, pharma, or healthcare!
