Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Food Preparation : Wash, peel, chop, and cut ingredients according to recipes.
• Cleaning & Sanitation : Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes.
• Assisting Staff : Support chefs and cooks with various tasks during meal preparation.
• Inventory & Stocking : Unload deliveries, store ingredients, check expiration dates, and report items needed for replenishment.
• Kitchen Maintenance : Keep the kitchen tidy and organized, including floors, appliances, and storage areas.
• Health & Safety : Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
