Job Description The Kids Club Animator is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading fun, safe, and age-appropriate activities for children. The role focuses on creating a welcoming and entertaining environment that enhances children’s enjoyment while ensuring their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct daily activities such as games, arts and crafts, sports, music, and mini shows Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and happiness Create a friendly, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere Encourage children’s participation and positive behavior Organize special events (themed days, mini disco, talent shows, competitions) Maintain cleanliness and order of the Kids Club area Follow health, safety, and child protection guidelines Communicate effectively with parents regarding activities and children’s needs Work closely with the animation and hotel/resort team Qualifications Experience working with children (preferred) Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage children of different ages and backgrounds Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid (an advantage) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Job-Category: Wellness & Recreation Job Type: Temporary Job Schedule: Full-Time
