As a Kids Club Assistant you will assist with the smooth running of the Kids Club operation, creating a safe environment and providing an exciting and stimulating program of activities for children aged 3 to 8 years old. We are looking for a part time colleague to assist in adhering to all check in and safeguarding procedures when needed, as well as acting as a safeguarding officer in the event of disclosures or concerns involving a child. You will have a passion for working with children and be highly motivated to work in a fun and inspiring Kids Club.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Previous experience working with young children, ideally in early years.
• Confident in providing child first aid and knowledgeable in health and safety practices relating to childcare.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues and senior management as well as our members, guests and their children.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
• A genuine passion for providing a fun and exciting club for young children.
  This is made up of a base rate of £14.38 per hour, plus inclusion in our service charge scheme
