Job Description This role works independently, balancing facility supervision, rule enforcement, light cleaning, and children’s activities. Responsibilities · Welcome guests and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience in the Kids Club. · Monitor facility rules, enforce age and capacity limits, and report any safety or medical issues to Security. · Supervise up to 10 children in Kids Club, plan and lead structured activities, and organize outdoor play on property. · Handle check-in and check-out with parents, and escalate behavioral or safety issues as necessary. · Respond to lost children or parent-reported issues by notifying Security and contacting the department manager. · Support special events and other department duties as assigned. Qualifications · Current CPR and First Aid certification. · Previous experience in child care preferred. · Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls on safety. Physical Requirements · Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift. · Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting. · Ability to perform light cleaning and carry towels/supplies as needed. You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts.
