Job Description The Job Description includes, but not limited to the below: Liaise with Entertainment Manager / Rixy Club Chief / Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children to organise all kids club activities. Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Supervisor. Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child. Ensure that the Kid’s Club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times. Be fully aware of Kids Club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices. Create an inventory for all toys / equipment at the kids club and inform the supervisor for any need of additional toys or replacement of toys. Ensure all equipment are clean and properly maintained. Maintain Kids Club clean and tidy at all times. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Proficient in English and Russian (written and verbal). Creative, patient and experienced taking care of children. Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures. Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment. Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
