We're looking for an energetic and caring individual to create unforgettable experiences for our young guests. As a Kids Club Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. Assist in organizing and facilitating age-appropriate activities, games, and educational programs for children Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all children in the Kids Club Supervise children's activities and maintain a high level of safety awareness at all times Collaborate with Kids Club Counselors to implement daily schedules and special events Interact positively with children, parents, and guardians, addressing their needs and concerns Maintain accurate attendance records and monitor check-in/check-out procedures Assist in the proper use and care of equipment, toys, and supplies Promote a fun and inclusive atmosphere that celebrates the multicultural environment of Abu Dhabi Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or accidents, following established protocols Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the Kids Club experience Qualifications Previous experience in childcare, camp, or recreational settings preferred Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices to maintain a clean and safe environment Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and creating positive experiences Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members Basic knowledge of child safety practices and first aid; CPR and First Aid certification preferred Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus in our multicultural setting Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical ability to engage in active play and supervision of children Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment Creative problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations Patient and empathetic demeanor when working with children of various ages and backgrounds Additional Information Your team and working environment: Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort; where exclusivity and luxury define every experience, every time.
