Job Description 1. Customer Service and Operations • Welcome parents / guests to the Kids Club and show them around. • Monitor all activities and no child is left unobserved. • Reports all breakage’s / losses. • Helps the Supervisor to market the Resort once the children have left by • Sending them birthday cards • Corresponding with the children • Cleans the inside and outside of the club to the highest of standards. • Ensures all necessary forms are filled in by the parents. • Replace the Supervisor on his /her OFF day or when on leave. 2. Health & Safety • Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviours. • Conversant and adherent to First Aid practices and Child Safety. • Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met. Qualifications Qualification: • Middle or Secondary Education + Additional training or certificates in the relevant field is a plus. • Basic First Aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation ) certification is a plus. Experience: • A minimum of 1 years of experience in hotel industry. • Proven experience working in a top luxury resorts is a plus. • Must have experience working with children ages 10 months to 12 years of age is a plus. Technical skills: • Multitask skills. • Must be able to complete duties in a timely manner and be able to function in a fast paced environment. • Must be able to communicate with parents professionally, courteously, and empathetically. • Ability and willingness to participate and engage in children’s activities. Responsibilities
The attendant is responsible for welcoming guests, monitoring children's activities, and maintaining the cleanliness of the Kids Club. They also ensure all safety protocols are followed and assist in marketing the resort to families.
