Job Description To anticipate the kid needs and handle all inquiries in a helpful and attentive Anantara manner. • Ensure hygiene standards of Kid Club are maintained at all time, up to the new standard. Job Description – Kids Club Agent Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara Page 2 of 4 • Ensure children are taken care with full attention under secure environment and ensure the capacity of the kids are followed as per standard. • To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, kids’ activities, and other Anantara properties. • To take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered, and ensure it meets the highest standard of Anantara at all times. • Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to the kid’s satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis. • To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet the children and their parent’s needs in enjoying their Anantara experience. • To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments • To attend hotel events, daily shift briefings, and training to improve professional skills. • Provide all assistance to guests and clients in a proactive, professional and friendly manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in childcare, early childhood education, or recreation are a plus. Previous experience working with children in a day-care, recreational, or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact positively with children and parents. Ability to organize and lead activities for children, ensuring they are fun, educational, and age-appropriate. Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when interacting with children. Ability to handle multiple children at once and ensure their safety and well-being. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
