As Site Coordinator for the Newbury Elementary School Kids Club before and after school program, you will help ensure the care, safety, and well-being of elementary-aged children through on-site supervision, staff management, and consistent and effective communication while overseeing the daily schedule of engaging activities.On a regular day, you will provide supportive behavior and guidance to staff and students, carry out administrative duties, maintain the site space and program resources, and build strong relationships with parents and school district partners. Site Coordinators play a pivotal role in providing leadership to before and after school programming. To thrive in this position, you have a strong sense of empathy, elementary school knowledge, and proven leadership skills. Pay is $30 an hour based on experience.
Approximately 27-30 hours a week during the school year, including work on-site during all after school programming hours and coordinating early morning programming
