Duties and Responsibilities  As Kids Club Host, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:  •    Plan, organize, conduct and create kids’ activities.   •    Provide an educational yet fun environment for the children.  •    Setup Kids Club room and equipment prior to the children's arrival, including any audio visual, arts and crafts supplies, books, etc.  •    Present the available activities to each family on arrival.   •    Ensure the cleanliness and a high standard of hygiene and sanitation of the Kids Club’s area. •    Maintain knowledge of all emergency evacuation drills according to resort policies.  •    Report any health or safety hazards to Kids Club Supervisor and Kids Club Manager.  •    Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.  •    Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. Qualifications To execute the position of Kids Club Host, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: •    High school diploma or equivalent from a recognized Early Childhood school with kindergarten/ school teaching background and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational role.  •    Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  •    Familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have knowledge of learning stories creation for children, latest trends with children and local environmental initiatives. •    Fluent in English.
